Gay friendly hotels in Madrid

Rundown but full of Great gigolos
PS. Some people have reported this place has closed

On the purely infrastructure side, this place is a rundown mess in dire need of an overhaul. However, it has a lof of potential with a large basement theatre, large steam room and small dry sauna, a street level locker and snack area and an upper level of cabins.

It is basically a male bordello where the workers are independent contractors. What is different is the sheer variety and quality of the boys. Brazilians, Colombians, Africans and East Europeans, not all of whom are mainly gay, are pushed by competition to be very "salesy".

Just be careful with your wallet and don't expect that the keen interest in continuing outside the sauna is without risk to wallet or other.

In some ways, I pity the boys, especially those who are largely straight or slightly bisexual to do this kind of work. Just don't expect anything more than a commercial transaction, and you'll not be disappointed.

I was hesitant to "consume of the premises" as I saw no disinfection.

My favourite location

For me - WoW!
I am very fit, even attractive... but I adore money boys. Here they are wall to wall. Over a period of three days I had great fun with two boys from Turkey - amazing - another from Chile, another from Colombo, one from Sierra Leone, one from Peru (lovely sweet lad), a Brazilian of outstanding beauty was another, a mixed, older, Spanish/Algerian was quite a character... all in all I spent quite a lot of money... fees were 40-50 Euro, I gave more to some, by choice because they were so good and technically skilled. I love this place. The grumpy clerk was not grumpy, but not easy to understand. I hope to visit in September. I am in Madrid for three days. I have put a lot of money to one side for these fabulous workers. So it is scruffy, even not hospital clean.... but this ain't no hospital and seedy is good... adds to the atmosphere and reduces the cost. If you are not in to paying - go away - if you are... then you will have a brilliant time. (Fix price first, with great certainty to avoid sad faces.). There are some seriously beautiful and obliging hot young men here from all over the world.

handsome men
The place may be rundown, but you'll find there are always many handsome men, mainly Brazilians or Bulgarians. I have never had a bad experience there and have also taken men back to my hotel with no problem. If you stay on site, it's worth paying a few extra euros for a room ('habitación') which is more comfortable than the free cabins. Strangely for Spain, it winds down early, by 8pm.

last visit sept.'12
The previous seems to have worked, as there was just a normal Spanish welcome, seemed very well used to foreigners. The ask if you want your sandals as L/M/S.The place is a bit rundown, has 3 floors (also below ground for sauna/steamrom and cinema)and you go there not to meet someone, but to hire a masseur-prices are posted: entry is 14€, massage cost 30/45€ for resp. 30/60 mins, which you pay in person to your masseur. You can choose between the normal sauna-like small cabins or pay a few € more for wider rooms, with double beds and TV-same program as in cinema.
Opens by 16/17 hrs and closes 2.00 a.a.-every day. There are mostly about 15/20 masseurs present, none seemed younger as 25, some middle-age, and they come from many countries, often incl. Brasil. They say it is less busy before 21.00-and the guys are more fresh then.

Bizarre employee
On Sunday, 19 August about five in the evening, I went to Sauna Adan. Three of my American friends were to meet me there there around six o'clock.

When I arrived, a hostile clerk at the front door took my entrance money, handed me a key and some footwear then rudely said "entra." He never said hello or indicated anything except hostility and annoyance.

When I entered the sauna, the changing area was very crowded and busy with clients talking and dressing. So, I stood there waiting till the other customers were dressing. After a couple of minutes, the rude clerk came out of his office and over to me and began shouting and told me to hurry.

I told him to look at the changing area to see how busy it was. I also asked him why he is angry. He scowled and walked away.

One customer who saw and overheard how the clerk behaved told me not to pay attention to the clerk as he is often behaves that way.

I went again to the clerk and asked him if it was okay for me to visit the bar area while I waited for the changing area to clear. The clerk shouted something to me that I did not understand and shook his head indicating anger. I again asked the clerk why he was so hostile but he did not say anything except he stood there shaking his head and shaking his finger at me.

I decided to leave even though I had paid my entrance fee. I knew that I could not have a good time with such a crazy person working at the sauna.

Fortunately, I was able to reach my friends on the telephone to have them not come to the sauna.

I wonder if the owner knows of the behavior of the strange clerk who behaves so badly towards customers.

The owner will never get my money again and the owner will not get the money of my friends after the terrible treatment I got for no reason at all.

Worse yet, the working guys at the sauna have lost income because of our not using the sauna. This type behavior is also not fair to the working guys.

There must be other customers who have had the same bad treatment by the strange acting clerk.

A company cannot remain in business if customers are treated badly. Eventually, customers will stop coming when they learn of the bad behavior they will receive if they go to the facility. I know I will not return and my friends will not visit this sauna. I will post this review on every gay site I know.

Someone should let the owners know of the behavior of the strange acting clerk. Perhaps reviews are the only way to reach the owners.

In the meantime, I recommend that people think twice before spending their time and entrance fee at Sauna Adan. The same thing can happen to anyone who encounters that awful crazy clerk. I do not believe it is possible to enjoy oneself while a strange and hostile employee runs around acting bizarre.

By the way, one customer told me the clerk is in Spain illegally. Maybe that means he will soon be gone and the place will return to normal.

At the very least, the owners should instruct the clerk to treat paying customers with politeness rather than hostility. The entire incident was completely baffling because of the inexplicable hostility of the clerk.

not worth the money
Was there Saturday 28th of April at 1am. About ten men between 25 - 30 where the only clients but it seamed they rather had this establishment as there workplace, everybody offering massage and more right away.
The local itself is worn, I didn't see any real darkroom. The crew doesn't care there clients are smoking, not only legal stuff. You can't pay with card, though they charge 14€.
If you don't feel like paying more then the entrance you may very well walk away more horny then you arrived.
