Not a gay sauna! Wednesday is Women's day. Monday is mixed (Women/Men), the other days are for the guys only. Go there to relax and watch, but not for cruising! It's a turkish bath.

My favourite location

Great place but not a gay venue
This place welcomes all comers - especially on a Sunday. However, this is most definitely NOT a gay venue and any behaviour considered inappropriate will be dealt with. Come here to enjoy steam and sauna and lots of free treatments. Enjoy socialising and being friendly with naked men - to suit all tastes! - but respect the fact that it is not a place for cruising or sex.

...typical East End Turkish Bath...
This is a typical East End Turkish Bath following in the footsteps of the Old Bethnal Green Municipal Baths (These still exist but have become an upmarket Spa where you have to wear swimming trunks and where there is definitely NO sex).

This is the place to come to get a free hand massage - Sundays are considered the best day as some of the "straighter" clientèle do not go that day. You should use a little discretion here as everyone is NOT gay!
