great time
in a very lovely & japanese area (few tourists)
I went twice during the week and it was always busy enough
Some japanese are shy and afraid of occidentals, others not at all and would do everything to spend time with you
Rooms with a few beds, private rooms also
if you like asian boys, really a good place to visit

My favourite location

CONVENIENT LOCATION
Usually go to 24 Kaikan in Asakusa, but tried this one and like it even better. Very convenient (walking distance) to Ueno stations (JR and Keisei). Plenty of friendly people come here/spend the night, Even on a Monday night there is plenty of action.

as a tourist it is a place you should see, as a gay seeking a male.... you can found some but japanise people are a bit shy to meet foreigners, the place is an hotel were a lot of japanese come to sleep in the dormitory rooms and having sex sometime, not really a place i appreciate, i was not in the mood.

single room is about 2800 yens, there is a restaurant, and an karaoké bar!
