Big busy sauna full of attitude
This is the biggest and busiest sauna in Paris at the moment, located between the Marais and Les Halles. On three levels, it has a wet basement and upper floors with a bar, lounge areas and cabins. The steam room is good and many an adventure can be had.

However, unless you are a young, attractive gay, you will a) have a hard time getting laid and b) be treated with short shrift by the arrogant, young staff. Lastly, as with many saunas, there is inadequate disinfection of a large, busy sauna; there should be a disinfecting mopping every hour and occasional closing of the steam room for a proper cleaning.

From the scowls of the entry staff to the barking of the bar staff, it is clear that the employees are told, or have the leeway, to treat clients with disdain, especially those who aren't young and handsome.

Despite the fact that there are some good looking visitors and locals, the sour attitude of staff and the insufficiently hygienic maintenance are a BIG turn off.
