WC (F+M) and a wide area for playing in the gardens.
In summer there is public nude sun bathing near the Siegessäule. (see mark on the map) (Note: Nude sun bathing is NOT forbidden or illegal in Germany! It's only forbidden, if it's specifically a textile area, e.g. of public swimming pools.)
